    FRP Natural Draft (Fan Less, Fill Less or Spray Type)

    Natural Draft cooling tower is also known as the Fan Less, Fill Less or Spray Type cooling tower. Performance of the cooling tower is based on the dry bulb temperature of the region. There is no requirement for fan and PVC fills. This type of tower saves a lot of energy and has low maintenance cost as it does not have any moving parts. The hot water inlet from which hot water passes through perforated branch pipes is evenly dispensed with the help of nozzles. The non-clog nozzles attached to this tower can be maintained and cleaned easily. Nozzles eject hot water into a fine mist at equal distances with a reasonable pump head in the tower.

    This water then flows downwards in a form of a fine mist which remains in direct contact with the ambient air that moves through the cooling tower.

    Natural Draft cooling tower is one of the initial designs in cooling towers. The entire MS Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) structure is designed to bear the weight of the tower that has FRP louvers attached to it. The tower is available in with/without basin option.

    The cooling tower is available in various sizes as per the need of the client or industry. We supply a single cell in a range from 5 TR to 1000 TR.

    With our special design, we are able to offer “Energy Efficiency Series” in Square Multi Cell cooling towers that consume lower fan motor HP than most of competition cooling towers.
