FRP Square Multi Cell (Induced Draft Counter Flow)

Square Multi Cell cooling tower is a square multi cell MS Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) structure with FRP casing. Performance of the cooling tower is based on the wet bulb temperature of the region. These are a series of square shape cooling towers combined to gather to efficiently meet process cooling requirements. They have a peculiar non clogging capability that ejects hot water with the help of spray nozzles. There is a hot water inlet from which hot water passes through perforated branch pipes which evenly dispenses water with the help of nozzles. The water is sprayed at equal distances on the fills at a reasonable pump head in the tower.

This water is then distributed over heat exchange fills after which the water flows downwards in a form of thin film which remains in direct contact with the ambient air that moves in the upward direction.

Square Multi Cell cooling tower is one of the economical designs in cooling towers which gives good efficiency and easy maintenance for the tower. They operate by induced draught counter flow principle.

The entire MS Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) structure is designed to bear the weight of the tower. The tower is available in with/without basin option.
