Reverse Osmosis Plant
Reverse Osmosis is one of the most cost effective ways to obtain purified water with low mineral contents. It uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules, and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be “selective”, this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules) to pass freely.
The performance of the RO system is highly dependent on the pre-treatment of the water, right selection of pre-treatment and system components like pumps, membranes, membrane housings, operation flux rates, control panel, etc. It is the permutation and combination of the right components that offers you the desired quality and quantity output. Our engineering and design team will be able to help you in developing a suitable system to meet your water quality requirements. Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plants offered by us come complete with pre and post treatment equipments to obtain the required purity. Do contact us for your requirements.
Our system automation standards are one of the best in the industry. In this, we offer remote monitoring and operating systems that can be operated through your mobile phones/internet/wifi networks/Ethernet networks, etc. Our auto systems require the least human intervention/observation which makes our systems one of the most preferred in the industry.
