FRP Round Bottle Neck (Induced Draft Counter Flow)

FRP Round Bottle Neck cooling tower that we provide is a round cooling tower with a bottle neck shape on the top. Performance of the cooling tower is based on the wet bulb temperature of the region. They have a peculiar non clogging capability that ejects hot water in two different ways:

1. By sprinkling water with the help of a sprinkler assembly on the upper side of the tower. The water can be sprinkled evenly on the fills at a very low pump head that will move the sprinkler system of the tower and spray water evenly while rotating. The sprinkler pipe can be adjusted to the desired rpm required.
2. By sprinkling water with the help of spray nozzles on the upper side of the tower. The water is sprayed at equal distances on the fills at a reasonable pump head in the tower.

This water is then distributed over heat exchange fills after which the water flows downwards in a form of thin film which remains in direct contact with the ambient air that moves in the upward direction.

Round Bottle Neck tower is one of the best technical designs in cooling tower which gives maximum efficiency and easy maintenance for the tower. They operate by induced draught counter flow principle.

The entire FRP structure is designed to bear the weight of the tower. The tower is available in with/without basin option.
